*If you or your loved one’s memory impairment needs progress beyond our ability to provide for the resident’s safety, they may be referred to our specialized and secure memory care experience at the Terry Center. The Terry Center is a fully secured memory care unit within Magnolia Place Wellness and Rehabilitation and provides 24/7 expert therapeutic and skilled nursing support for those with advancing dementia or Alzheimer’s.
