  • Monthly rates starting at: Studio $3,000; Deluxe One Bedroom $3,500; Second Person Fee $1,000
  • One-Time Fees
    • Community Fee $500
    • Pet Deposit $650

No Cost of Care Fees – While almost all assisted living facilities charge level of care fees in addition to base rental rates, we do not.  Your care is included in our base monthly rent that does not increase as your care needs change.

You or your loved one may be eligible for Texas STAR PLUS Medicaid Waiver, which could cover some of the cost of assisted living care. Please contact us to explore whether you’re eligible for this potential benefit.
