COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update
We are open, safe, and vaccinated
COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update:
Coronavirus (COVID-19) has required us to act swiftly to protect the health of our Community. We continue to make every effort to provide a safe environment, with the advanced and compassionate care you’ve come to know and trust.
To prevent and contain the potential spread of COVID-19, we closely follow guidelines by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as state and local authorities. Routine testing, high COVID-19 vaccination rates, and our investment in proven symptom-based technology plays an effective role in our prevention efforts.
Texas Health and Human Services Commission has updated its policy to allow for indoor and outdoor in-person visitation. Visitors will need to abide by preventative policies to protect the safety of our residents, staff, and guests.
Engagement with family and friends is an invaluable part of our resident’s well-being. We want the visit with your loved one to be as rewarding as possible. If you’re unable to attend an in-person visit, we encourage you to reach out to our staff so we can help set up alternative means of connecting.
As the world continues to adapt to this new normal, you can rest assured that we will keep prioritizing safety, kindness, and uncompromised care in all decisions we make. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our leadership team.
Sincerely,
Shelley Bonner, LVN
Executive Director
